Rescission

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving a specific reason within 14 days. The period for revocation is 14 days, starting on arrival of the purchase at the given address the purchaser, or a third party appointed by the purchaser, who is not the carrier. In order to exercise your right for revocation you have to inform us in writing by submitting a definite explanation (letter sent by mail, fax or E-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract to the following address:

In order to meet the deadline for cancellation it is sufficient that you submit your correspondence to exercise this right before the deadline.

Effects of Rescission/ Cancellation

When you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all costs that occurred with the order including the delivery charges (with exception of additional costs from selecting a different shipping method than the most reasonable standard shipping method we offer) immediately and at latest 14 days starting the day we received your cancellation notice. The same payment method selected in the initial transaction, will be used for the reimbursement, unless a specific agreement was reached with you. Under no circumstances, fees will be charged for the repayment. We can deny the reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or confirmation that these are on their way, whichever happens first.

You have to return the goods promptly and in any case within 14 days after informing us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed, if the goods are returned before the withdrawal period has expired. The cost for returning the goods shall be covered by the customer.
