Turn your V5-slicer into a dice and sticks cutter
With the original Börner 7mm Blade Insert, strips and cubes can be easily made. To cut into cubes, the fruit holder must be rotated 90° after each cut. This slot is particularly suitable for chopping fruit and vegetables for soups, pan-fried dishes and rustic salads.
For safe storage of the blade inserts, we recommend the practical slide box. Simply clean under running water after use.
